Pictures in a Quote

1. Ensure that a picture actually exists in the Catalog window for the item you want to depict. If not, simply click on the [Load Picture] button in the Pictures tab and choose from these popular picture formats: *.bmp, *.gif, *.jpg, *.jpeg, *.ico, *.wmf, *.emf. Make sure the Print Picture is checked:

2. Ensure that you have checked the "Print Pictures in document" in the Layout Properties of the Document Type you are currently using. (Click on Layouts, then the Properties button in the top/center of the screen.) If the Layout Properties do not specify Print pictures, no pictures will print.

3. Double-click on the "row header" in the row of the item you want to depict.

4. Click on Print Preview and the picture is in your quote:
