Comments without showing an amount

You can put a comment into the quote without having any amount being shown as follows:

1. Go to Options > Advanced Tab. Select the appropriate items as shown by the Red box and select "OK:

Return to the QUOTE view. SELECT (left click) the row that you want to become a comment on. Then right click to show the menu. Now you can choose "Insert Comment Row." That line is setup as a Comment Line and no Amounts will appear.
